The word Enheed in the Amharic language of Ethiopia translates to “Let’s go”, and perfectly captures the spirit of our organization. We believe that in order to gain true experience and knowledge about our culture, and ourselves we must first take the steps to go out into the world, connect, and learn.

Enheed is a nonprofit organization, which works to reconnect Ethiopian-Canadian youth to their roots. One of the ways we do this is by sending a number of youth participants to Ethiopia, giving them the opportunity to experience first-hand the beauty and heritage held within the diverse communities of Ethiopia. They do this while also being of service and volunteering in local NGO’s.

In order to fund this initiative, Enheed has put together an event highlighting influential members of our community. Please join us for an afternoon filled with inspirational talks, artist performances, and raffles.

All proceeds benefit Enheed participants.
